Social Media Con­tent Creator


LDWW is looking for a Social Media Content Creator to support strategic social content development and execution for the agency’s suite of clients. The ideal candidate will be ready to work fast, flexibly, and collaboratively, possess an “extra-mile” attitude and will be able to strategize and implement real-time content across multiple brand social media channels. The individual in this role will be creating and curating imagery and engaging content across all social media platforms and will have the opportunity to help drive the social media channels in a rapidly growing market.


  • Curate and develop channel-specific content that drives engagement while maintaining brand voice
  • Provide social media coverage of events, including producing live stories and posts
  • Concept, shoot and edit engaging social media content (including photos, video, GIFs, TikToks/Instagram stories and reels) to illustrate brand messaging, marketing initiatives, and product promotions
  • Attend client events as needed, ensuring complete social coverage in a professional manner
  • Work closely with client service teams to share real-time updates and identify business issues and strategic opportunities
  • Research and keep a pulse on the ever-evolving social and digital world, what content and platforms are relevant and how our clients can be impactful in the space
  • Engage in conversations with brand fans and ultimately represent the brand in the social space
  • Write engaging post copy and messaging using the brand voice
  • Propose real-time content based on social media trends and relevant social conversations
  • Assist with cross-functional marketing campaigns including contests and giveaways, ensuring best practices are met and messaging/assets are properly executed on owned social channels


  • Independent worker who values collaboration and feedback
  • Experience working and producing dynamic content across all current social media platforms (Including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, TikTok).
  • Proficiency in Sprout Social, Asana, and Adobe Creative Cloud Suite
  • Strong grammar skills and meticulous attention to detail
  • An understanding of popular social platforms, including but not limited to platform strengths and weaknesses, engagement best practices, post specs and optimizations, paid best practices and ad type
  • Extensive knowledge of changing social trends and a finger on the pulse of the leaders in the digital media landscape
  • Ability to create engaging social media copy with minimal guidance and multitask in real time
  • Detail-oriented, especially under deadline pressure
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Knowledge of gaming and betting preferred
  • Flexible schedule; however, will need to to work occasional nights, weekends, and holidays when necessary (20-30%)


  • Social Media/Marketing (2-3 years)
  • Agency experience preferred
