Senior Graphic Designer

LDWW is seeking a Senior Graphic Designer to support in developing and executing original graphics and photo content for our diverse client base. This role will provide hands-on support for all digital and content efforts through the conceptualization and execution of creative visual elements that push the clients’ goals and initiatives forward. The right candidate must have a varied portfolio of creative digital content work. Please provide a link to a portfolio when applying, showcasing proven experience in branding and marketing creative. Responsibilities

  • Prepare design plans, concepts and layouts for graphic projects
  • Design and create enticing and engaging graphics for various media (eCRM, broadcast commercials, corporate videos, websites, social content, etc.) using the Adobe Suite, Figma, Microsoft Office Suite, Google Suite, and other platforms as necessary
  • Develop full-scope branding in alignment with strategy and key messaging
  • Understand project scope and strategic objectives, translating them into deliverables
  • Remain up-to-date on trends, design styles, best practices and relevant industry news through your own research and be ready to share with the team
  • Bring new ideas and perspectives for creative, including social and video content, branding, websites and apps, and collaborate with the team on projects
  • Assist in designing and creating visual languages across applications
  • Maintain and follow company practices for version control, naming conventions and organization of graphic files
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions, internal and external reviews, and company-wide meetings with professionalism and a collaborative spirit

Experience

  • Must have 5-7 years of agency experience as a Graphic Designer
  • Must be proficient in designing in the Adobe Suite, Figma, Microsoft Office Suite, and Google Suite
  • Must have extensive experience and knowledge of branding, digital and print marketing design
  • Must be able to work and communicate effectively in a team or independently as required 
  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment under tight deadlines
  • Must be able to adapt workflow and deliverables as client needs dictate
  • Must be solution-oriented and a great problem solver
  • Must be able and willing to uphold company and team guidelines and a commitment to collaboration
  • Must have a strong attention to detail and ability to produce creative across multiple styles
  • Experience with motion graphics is a bonus
