Director, SEO
This is a senior-level role for someone who thinks beyond keywords and clicks to connect search intent with real business impact. We’re looking for someone who is equal parts analytical and creative — someone who can spot technical SEO gaps as easily as they can build compelling content strategies. You’ll work across industries and teams to lead SEO strategy, from foundational audits to full-funnel performance measurement.
This role will function as LDWW’s internal SEO strategist, helping guide day-to-day search efforts across multiple clients. You’ll act as the go-to resource for internal teams and client-facing questions, supporting audits, strategy, and optimization opportunities. While we partner with an external SEO team for additional execution support, this role is responsible for leading the strategy, shaping priorities, and determining when deeper technical implementation is needed. You’ll work closely with internal teams and coordinate with our external SEO partners as needed to ensure timely, effective, and integrated work without over-relying on outside resources.
Bonus points if you’ve got an eye for content that connects with both humans and algorithms, and if you’re fluent in optimizing for web, search, and social discovery.
