Graphic Designer

LDWW is looking for a Graphic Designer to create original graphics and photo content for various clients. This role will provide hands-on support for all digital and content efforts through the conceptualization and execution of creative visual elements that push the client goals and initiatives forward. The right candidate must have a varied portfolio of creative digital content work. Please provide a link to a portfolio when applying, showcasing proven experience in creating graphics and creative. Responsibilities

Assist with the realization of design direction from concept to production.
Source or create assets quickly based on verbal and written direction
Work directly with the Art Director, Senior Graphic Designer, and Client Lead Teams
Design and create enticing graphics for various media (Broadcast Television Commercials, corporate videos, websites, Social Content, etc.)
Bring new ideas and perspectives for video content and collaborate with team on projects.
Maintain and follow company practices for versioning control, naming convention and organization of graphic files.

Experience

Graphic Design: 2-3 years (Required)

Quallifications

Must have strong creative and technical skills in design
Must understand design and have the ability to execute.
Must have an eye for the tiniest details
Fundamental understanding of typography and composition. Experience with publication design and layout a plus.
Must be proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign). Experience with After Effects or other motion graphics programs a bonus.
Knowledge of image and media file types, including ability to manipulate and convert types.
A Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, Communications Design, and/or a related field
A positive, can-do attitude
The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic about learning and training to grow within this field
Must have the ability to work quickly in a fast-paced environment
Must be open to and able to take direction, feedback, and critique
