Social Media Manager
LDWW is looking for a Social Media Manager to support across client accounts. The ideal candidate for this position has experience working in both in-house and agency settings and is a self-starter who is motivated to achieve measurable success across digital channels. As Social Media Manager at LDWW, you will be responsible for developing, executing, and reporting on client social media copy, content, campaigns, and influencer partnerships.
This position will play a critical role in planning, managing, and executing consistent tactics that deliver engaging content across all social platforms and integrate with broader strategic communications efforts. The ideal candidate will be comfortable developing content for clients, specializing in lo-fi content, social media listening, influencer collaboration, and social media copywriting.
The candidate must be able to work collaboratively with the agency’s creative team to drive content that is engaging and forward-thinking in the social media space. While responsibilities will be primarily organic in nature, they will also ensure alignment across content, amplification, and influencer/creator partnerships.

Responsibilities
- Create, curate, manage, and publish relevant, original content for organic social media channels
- Monitor, listen, and respond to social media audiences to build brand awareness, trust, and cultivate new leads
- Plan and execute social media coverage of live events, including creating shot lists, capturing on-site lo-fi style content (example: shot on iPhone with tiny mic), and posting edits in real time
- Identify, source, and manage influencer and creator partnerships, including outreach, vetting, briefing, content approvals, and relationship management
- Collaborate with influencers and creators to produce authentic, platform-native content aligned with brand voice and campaign goals
- Track social media trends and identify when and how to leverage those trends for both brand and creator-led content
- Measure, analyze, and report on goals, channel performance, and influencer campaign effectiveness
- Stay connected and informed on best practices across social media and the evolving creator economy
- Assist Social Media Director in development of social media strategy, including recommendations for influencer integration and amplification tactics

Qualifications
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in Social Media Marketing, in-house or agency, both preferred
- Experience managing influencer/creator partnerships and campaigns, including talent sourcing, briefing, and performance tracking is a plus
- Knowledge of social media platforms, including but not limited to TikTok, Meta platforms, LinkedIn, and YouTube
- Experience creating lo-fi content for business accounts
- Experience tracking social media trends and leveraging trending data in organic and creator-led content
- Extensive knowledge of Meta’s Business Manager, including Business Suite, Ads Manager, Events Manager, Audiences, etc.
- Creative and able to think outside the box to develop unique and effective social media and influencer campaigns
- Experience with third-party social media software such as CapCut, Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Loomly, or Social Report (Sprout preferred)
- Proven track record of leading social media strategy and executing integrated campaigns for clients; portfolio required
- Ability to translate data and client objectives into strategic ideas, including influencer recommendations

Expertise
