Integrated Marketing & Communications Firm LDWW Promotes Nine Staff Members
Promotions reflect the agency’s growth and expansion of services
DALLAS and OKLAHOMA CITY (March XX, 2026) – To further accommodate its continued success and growth in size and breadth of services, LDWW has promoted nine staff members in recognition of their expertise in formulating and implementing strategic marketing and communications programs that achieve results for clients. Those promoted are from both of the agency’s offices, Dallas and Oklahoma City.

These services include communications, creative, digital, social media, paid media, data analytics and advertising across a vast range of client industries.

Three were promoted to Managing Director, the highest title in the agency below Partner.
Michelle Poland to Managing Director: Michelle directs the agency’s social practice and guides influencer strategy across client portfolios. She specializes in translating brand and communications objectives into measurable social media programs that drive awareness, engagement and business impact. She is based in Oklahoma City.
Channing Sizemore to Managing Director: Channing manages Motivas, the media-buying arm of LDWW, which is based in Oklahoma City, overseeing paid media strategy and performance across clients. Before joining LDWW, she held roles at The Wall Street Journal and The Infatuation, a JPMorgan Chase subsidiary.
Emma Stoneham to Managing Director: Emma joined LDWW in 2024 to spearhead strategic communications and account service for flagship accounts, including Carnival Cruise Line and Children’s Health. In her role, she integrates media relations, account service and brand strategy to drive high-impact results. She is based in the Dallas office.
Six LDWW team members were promoted to Senior Director.
Cami Christian to Senior Director, Account Service: Cami leads communications and media relations strategies for Comerica Bank and WinStar World Casino and Resort and serves as a media strategist for Carnival Cruise Line and Children’s Health. She is a member of the Dallas team.
Kaci Eckel to Senior Director, Analytics: Kaci Eckel specializes in transforming complex client data into clear, integrated business reporting. Her work has supported major tourism clients, including WinStar World Casino. She is a member of the Oklahoma City team.
David Hinds to Senior Director, Branding: David leads brand design and art direction for client accounts such as WinStar World Casino, National Football Foundation, Texas Tech University, Carnival Corporation and MB2 Dental. He is based in the Oklahoma City office.
Daniel Lalley to Senior Director, Branding: Daniel leads verbal branding, creative concepting and messaging for such clients as The Mayo Clinic, Carnival Corporation, MB2 Dental, WinStar, American Fidelity, Fair Park and others. He is part of the Dallas staff.
Caroline Slaton to Senior Director, Account Service: Caroline directs communications programs for Carnival Corporation and specializes in ongoing news programs, crisis work, reputation management, executive visibility and media relations. She is part of the Dallas team.
Taylor Smith to Senior Director, Account Service: Taylor provides media relations, strategic communications and account service support for LegalShield, Cars.com and Carnival Cruise Line. She is based in Dallas office.
