Project Man­ag­er

Full-Time Position

LDWW is looking for a Project Manager whose primary responsibilities would include creating and managing project timelines, collaborating with internal team members and helping to improve internal processes.


Under the guidance and supervision of the Project Manager Team Lead, the Project Manager will create and manage project timelines for clients using LDWW’s project management software. This requires daily project check-ins and working collaboratively with different teams within the agency to coordinate deadlines and project deliverables.

The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, proactive, collaborative, flexible and willing to learn. At LDWW, we value service-minded, motivated and accountable team members.


  • Create and manage project timelines using LDWW’s project management software
  • Collaborate with Creative, Account Service and Digital/Social team members to coordinate deadlines, project deliverables and workloads
  • Proactively monitor project statuses to ensure work is completed in a timely manner and projects continue to move forward
  • Proof and review work to ensure deliverable requirements have been met prior to distribution to the Account Service team
  • Identify problems or potential roadblocks within a project and proactively provide solutions to the team
  • Proactively provide process optimizations to the team in order to streamline project work


  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Excellent verbal, auditory and written communication skills
  • Comfortable working in and contributing to a collaborative team environment
  • Ability to be flexible and adaptable when working within tight deadlines and shifting priorities
  • Ability to proactively identify problems and provide solutions to the team
  • Ability to hold others accountable to deadlines and deliverable requirements
  • Experience with project management software, Microsoft products and Google Suite products


  • College graduate possessing bachelor’s degree in Business Administration/Operations, Marketing, Public Relations or Strategic Communications
  • 5-6 years experience working as a project manager at a marketing, public relations or digital agency
